We are sorry if you are having issues within the Team Shelby site. Please take a look at some common questions below. If you don’t see an answer to your question please feel free to contact us by using the form HERE.

  • Start by going to the link HERE
  • Click the Purchase Full Membership button
  • Log in to your Shelby.com account. If you don’t have an account, click the Registry button and sign up
  • In the following page, please fill out the shipping address, select a T-Shirt size, fill in payment information, and hit Submit.
  • You should receive a confirmation in your email.

  • Click the Login icon in the top right portion of Shelby.com
  • Select the Forgot Your Password button
  • Fill in your User Name, or Email Address, you do have to supply both
  • You should receive an email with the steps to reset your password, click the Send Reset Link button

Membership kits ship weekly and can take up to 4 to 6 weeks. We do not have tracking for these membership kits at this time.

Please allow 1-3 days for the purchase to be shown on your card.
